Grandparents’ Bereavement Support

Our monthly meetings are a welcoming space for all grandparents who have experienced the profound loss of a grandchild, whether that loss was recent or some time ago. We understand how daunting it can be to attend your first meeting, so you are more than welcome to bring a partner or a friend along for support.

These gatherings are facilitated by a compassionate, trained befriender in a relaxed and informal setting, where you can choose to share your thoughts or simply listen. Our hope is that you’ll find comfort and perhaps even make some new friends along the way. Please know that there is never any pressure to discuss your experience unless you feel ready.
