Nicola was delighted to meet up again with Joy and Norman Cummings. They last met in 2022 when Joy and Norman were part of a BBC report launching Hospital to Home and highlighting the difference this project could make to families and how far we have come since Joy and Norman lost their little girl in 1971.
The couple recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary and asked for donations to be made to the charity instead of gifts. This meant their daughter Pauline was part of this special milestone.
We are so touched and very grateful they would think of us. Wishing them a very happy anniversary from all at Held In Our Hearts
