Biscuit Factory

Your Words. Your Experience. Your Voice.

This November, our team is hosting a very special event at the Biscuit Factory in Leith – a space where we’ll gather with existing and prospective corporate partners, as well as some of our key funders.

At the heart of this event is one simple aim: To ensure that no one in Scotland is alone after the death of their baby.

To do this, we want to centre your voices. The voices of bereaved families. The ones who know this experience intimately, and whose words carry deep meaning.

We are creating a beautiful and powerful Post-it note art installation made up of short reflections shared by those we support. These will be displayed anonymously at the event, showing the depth of grief, love, and hope held by our community.

What does HIOH mean to you…

Examples: “Hope.” “Support.” “Love.” “Safe.”

When my baby died, I felt….

Examples: “Empty.” “Alone.” “Lost.”

Together, we’re building a future where no one has to grieve alone.

We would also like to extend this invite to any business owners, organisations and influential people that you think would like to attend or could help support in some way. Please email jackie@heldinourhearts.org.uk for further information on how to get involved.
