A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual Snowdrop Walk. As always, it was a pleasure to bring so many families together to walk, remember, support one another, and share such a meaningful day @hopetounhouse 🤍

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Nationwide UK whose generosity made the Snowdrop Walk 2026, along with the Wave of Light Walks 2025 and our Mother’s Day 2026 event possible.
