UPDATE ON OUR SERVICES DURING COVID-19

We are so pleased to share that our sites in Edinburgh and West Lothian are now open and we are able to offer support either in person or remotely:

  • Email us to either chat this way or ask for a face to face session or call by phone or Zoom – info@heldinourhearts.org.uk
  • We can connect you with a Befriender who can make contact via email/phone initially and offer support in person or remotely
  • Visit one of our Facebook support pages to connect with others who are going through something similar and might understand.
  • Listen to our new podcast and hear stories and experiences from other families
  • Visit our website to watch our parent films or read stories to feel connected
  • Join our monthly Zoom check in at 8pm on the 1st Monday of every month. Details on our closed group page here.
