What does Held In Our Hearts mean to you?
Our families, past, present, and sadly, future, remain at the heart of all we do. The connections we make are long-lasting; we know many of our community have been with us since the early days. Some of you will remember a different Held In Our Hearts and perhaps a different attitude to loss from the outside world.
No matter how long ago you connected with the charity, be it 30 years, 3 years or 3 months we would love to hear from you.
