Earlier this week we welcomed @mareetoddmsp and Paul McLennan MSP to Held in our Hearts family centre.
We spent time discussing the realities families face after pregnancy, baby and infant loss, and our Hospital to Home service – which supports families during the difficult days and weeks after leaving hospital.
For us, the message was simple:
Every family should be able to access compassionate, specialist support, wherever they live in Scotland.
We were grateful for the chance to share the experiences of the families we support, the impact of Hospital to Home, and our hopes for reaching even more people in the future.
