As we begin to think about life after lockdown things may feel a little different, and you may feel a little nervous of this next chapter. For many of us the challenge of getting back to wearing our work clothes, commuting, and being in an office again may seem daunting while others will be raring to go. I am sure most of us are keen to start making the most of the lighter and brighter days ahead and we would like to encourage you all to join in to continue to be active and motivated.
With 31 for 31, we challenge you to take part in 31 minutes of exercise every day! You can walk, dance, cycle, run, downward-dog, or hula-hoop. The choice is yours, and the possibilities are endless! Who’s joining us? This is great training for the Kiltwalk so if you are using March to train then share with us how you are progressing!
