We had a fantastic day at this year’s Black Isle Show and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand and made the day so special. Jen, Lindsay and Eilidh had the privilege of hearing many beautiful stories from parents, aunts, siblings and friends and each one touched their hearts.
As always, it was lovely to catch up with some familiar faces as well as make new connections.
Thank you to the team at Mikeysline for saying hi and staying for a chat – we’re looking forward to joining up with you for our Fire Walk fundraising challenge at the end of October! (Please get in touch if you’d like to know more.)
Thanks as well to Jen’s mum for creating some beautiful handmade craft items (they may pop up again at our Inverness BLAW and Christmas events) and to Lindsay’s mum for a very tasty batch of homemade tablet. We couldn’t do it without support like this from our community and we’re very grateful.
And finally, well done to Ailsa for correctly guessing the bunny’s name was Bonnie.
