Riverside Cottage Nursery’s new e-cookbook

We are delighted to announce that Riverside Cottage Nursery in Blackburn have launched a wonderful, family friendly vegetarian e-cookbook that is now on sale in our SANDS Lothians’ online shop.

Kids, staff, families and the nursery’s Facebook fans have been involved in recipe trials during late Summer and Autumn and the £5 e-book, which features 20 easy recipes for soups, meals and snacks.

In ‘Free Range Eats’ there are lots of different recipes to suit everyone with things like Easy Peasy Macaroni Cheesey and School of Broc Risotto, as well as tips on how to enjoy cooking and eating with kids. All proceeds are very kindly being donated to our work. As well as the cookbook, the nursery has already done fantastic Welly Walks for us in the summer and are running a Christmas shop with beautiful handmade gifts.
